Carphone Warehouse Caller ID Bluetooth Car Kit

Date: January 2007

  • Rating:

Neat but industrial sums up the Caller ID’s rubberised case, large display and big buttons. Voice dialling needed a two-second button press rather than a more convenient tap, and charging was via 12V only. At 140g, it was second heaviest and as the longest here by 25mm, it was always in view. Reasonable on voice dial, we thought transmission a tad muffled, and claimed battery life was well down on the rest.
