The Opticom’s large reversible ear hook could have held the unit tighter, reducing unwanted movement, while we also found adjusting the volume tricky. However, the answer/end call button worked well and audio performance was good, although it struggled with low volumes. Battery life claims left us a bit confused, with a poor talk time, but a very good standby figure.
