Six high-intensity LEDs are supplemented by a single, centrally mounted conventional bulb on this Clarke product. But why? The diodes throw out a cleaner, more intense light, and they also use less battery energy. Our tests show that the standard bulb doesn't improve wide-angle performance, either. Bulk is this torch's biggest downfall.
