iPod head unit test

Once the supplied lead was plugged into the socket at the rear, the deck automatically recognised the iPod and prepared to play. You use a small inverted circular button with joystick-style operation to search for tracks - this is easy enough, but there's only one line of display and the JVC can't handle podcasts. Aimed at the budget market, yet could still play MP3/WMA discs, and featured six preset tone settings.
