Survival kit

Text: Kim Adams Date: October 2007

Be prepared – not scared. If you often travel in remote areas, a survival kit
in the boot is a seriously good idea. For around £90 you can get emergency food, a light, blanket, shovel and heat patches. If that is a little extreme, consider a pack which includes basic tools alongside items such as a torch, high-visibility vest and warning triangle. Expect to pay around £30.
