Nothing to choose between this bulb from Hella and Osram’s standard product. The baseplate was stamped Hella, but on this evidence the quality was on a par with that of the firm’s fellow German brand. And, as with the Osram, there was no need to realign the Volvo’s lamp for the second bulb.
