Having made its name in insurance, the firm has now moved into
recovery via its partner Green Flag – and the services the two offer are pretty similar. The prices aren’t the same, though, because of the different types of claims they handle. If repairs take more than an hour, you’ll be charged an additional fee, but against this, the provider has access to 4,400 repair vehicles. Average response time is 40 minutes, and around 80 per cent of problems are sorted out at the roadside.
