Another provider that calculates premiums depending on who you are and what you drive, More Than claims this works out cheaper for the majority of its customers. It says its average response time is only 35 minutes – one of the lowest here – and that 75 per cent of faults are fixed. It uses 3,500 patrols for its 30,000 customers, and doesn’t charge a call-out fee. However, you will be billed for labour if repairs take more than an hour.
