Best buy This offering from Draper’s Expert range serves up easily the best trade-off between price and all-out performance. We like the glossy chrome finish, the way the tools passed our loading tests and the neat plastic holder, which is supplied. Slightly thick walled rings are our only niggle with what is otherwise an excellent set and our Best Buy.
