This is one area where the online powerhouse fails to deliver. There’s no doubt the superb satellite images it provides look fantastic, but the directions were basic – it’s a case of all show and very little go! It was the fastest site to work out routes, displaying the information the instant we hit ‘calculate’, but the guide lacked detail and didn’t even mention the congestion charge zone. The routes it picked were poor, making us travel the furthest of all the sites, and there was very little customisation available.
