Comprehensive kit from British maker Pendle was one of the best tested although you'll need to use it a fair bit to justify the outlay. That high price is not as hefty as it looks because it includes the required light board - all you have to add is a number plate. It was complicated to build and fit, and really needs two people to install properly. The instructions could be better but it performed superbly once on the car.
