The cheapest jack on test at this Screwfix price – and you don’t get many frills as a result. Yet despite the budget spec, it took only 13 pumps to hit 20cm and wasn’t too bad under the Peugeot – even though the 470mm lever is a bit short. This size of jack is ideal for carrying in the boot, and it really needs a case for that.
