Mean-looking kit with eight LEDs, and space for four AA batteries to keep them glowing for a decent length of time. But the large battery pack hampers comfort. While the torch measures 75mm from front to back – reasonable for a four-cell – it feels bulky. And as it weighs in at 240g, you know you’re wearing it.
