Having a source of running water within reach of your car when you want to wash it makes life so much easier. However, taking the hose over to the vehicle can involve rolling up yards of filthy wet pipe, which might make you wonder if it’s worth the effort.

A reel can keep your hands clean and the hose tidy, and the one to go for is the Hozelock 2-in-1 Compact version. The sturdy set can be wall-mounted or used freestanding and there was no need to get hands dirty while winding the cable back in, thanks to the excellent design. A lengthy pipe and comprehensive set of adaptors was included, as well.
