There are two advantages to LEDs over bulbs: they use less power and they’re tiny. With this lamp, Draper has tapped into the latter – and as a result, the 47557 is probably the slimmest lamp we’ve ever seen. It’s literally no bigger than
a standard file. This means there’s no room for a battery, so it’s also the only corded model here, and runs off 12V or mains power. A great concept, spoiled by average light output.
