If the 2750 was the beefed-up version of the 2550, this is the ultra-durable variant, complete with thick rubber strips around the body. Light emission was very similar to the 2750’s: it’s bright, but peripheral illumination was average. We like the supplied charge pod, even if it can only be run off the mains. But you get a pocket/belt clip, rather than a stand, which undoes all the good work.
