More stylish than Atera’s Carver, for example, but that aerodynamic shape hampers practicality – even though the Thule delivers 50 litres more capacity. Loading is easy, as the dual-sided lid opens wider. Again, Thule has included fast-fit fixings, but while they make attaching the box a doddle, we’re not so keen on the way they stick up above the floor by nearly 90mm.
