Dumpy shape meant our luggage fitted nearly as easily as with Thule’s giant Excellence. The Atera has many high-spec features, too, including metal reinforcements to the base, dual-sided opening, three-point central locking and fast-fit clamps. It takes a generous 75kg max load, too. If only the lid opened wider than 34cm, this product would have fared much better.
