Meguiar’s Microfiber Wash Mitt

US car care giant’s mitt is a short-pile version, and made decent progress on our dry panel. But it needed a bit more work than rivals when wet. It absorbed 445g of water, and also lifted and then held a fair bit of grit from our test cars, with no signs of damage. The pouch is relatively small and easy to control, although we would have liked a tighter cuff.
