Polco 381.01

Inverters tested

Price: £28.75, max continual output: 75 Watts

Polco 381.01

Date: March 2009

  • Rating:

It’s easy to see where Polco drew its inspiration from for this inverter – the cable-free set up is similar to Ring’s MP:75, as are the maximum and surge outputs. Good efficiency and a low standby current are further common features. The MP:75 is definitely better looking, but the 381.01 has a USB socket, which helps to justify its price premium.
