You could say that this was the only site that’s not free, as it’s funded by the Government. It’s free to use, though, and is probably better suited to working out public transport journeys rather than car routes.

It’s slow and awkward compared to the commercial sites, although we liked the traffic alerts and the ability to set preferences for the journey, including an economy option.
