Easidri Automarine towel

Provided you don’t leave it out to dry, a chamois can last a lifetime. 

Thankfully, Easidri’s offering comes in a handy plastic tube, so you can store it slightly damp and keep it for longer.

And although designed for use on boats, the synthetic AutoMarine can be used on cars. 

We found the large version of the brightly coloured towel difficult to bunch up into our hand. However, once we’d 

got used to its size, we were able to mop up any beaded water on the bonnet of our long-term Suzuki Alto. Its large dimensions also came in handy when we needed to use a drier patch.

One gripe we had was that, occasionally, a thin film of surface moisture was left behind. Wringing out also proved problematic. And, in the end, that is the towel’s major flaw, as it simply isn’t that easy to use.
