Stiff plastic panels, held together neatly with Velcro and tailored to fit your car, offer the ultimate damage limitation.
At this price (which includes the optional £17.25 flip-out protector and £19.99 anti-slip mat), the Boot Buddy covers both the floor sides and bumper.
It sailed through our drop test without leaving a mark and was quick to fit and remove. A great performer if you can justify the expense.
The customer received what he ordered but because the curved sides did not exactly mirror his carpeted area he complained re the fit. The product he received in fact offerred more than just carpet protection, and protected some of the plastic trim near the tailgate openning. We offerred to make the liner to his specification but this was redfused. A full no quibble refund was also offered but again this was refused and to this day we continue to make the boot liner for the VW Passat in exactly the same way.
Customer service is our highest priority, and either a replacement, or full refund are in our standard terms and conditions.
So if anyone is unhappy with our service or products they are fully protected both by our terms and conditions, and also by current distance selling regulations whereby a full refund is available.
The Boot Buddy is a great idea but fail to see how it's a custom fit. Bought one for Vauxhall Zafira recently. It's better than nothing but think they should not market the "tailored fit" so much! and don't bother with the tail gate guard - that is ridiculous. Just spend the money and get a proper one from Barjo.

Just got my Boot Buddy for a Passat. The fit is terrible and the inconvenience is huge. Wish I could post a picture for you all. Great idea, great product but custom fit it ain't. Be careful.
