Things started out well with the Vodafone, as its padded sides with soft grips accepted and gripped all four of our test devices.

However, width was one of the only redeeming features, as the ratchet release on the cradle was difficult to use.

Worse still, when we moved the flexible arm, it ripped its way through the mount on the sucker.
