The tyre-like design looks tacky, but this little compressor is yours for a mere £5.99 with Maplin’s current offer.

That’s a bargain, as the gauge was only 1psi out – if rather tricky to read.

The wraparound storage works well, and the unit is very compact.

Yet the motor isn’t the best, and gave only 5psi in 60 seconds.
