The most expensive single-DIN head unit by some distance – although the JVC comes with a huge spec to match. Navigating menus on our iPod was easy, and you can even play DVDs on this system. The massive touch-sensitive widescreen provided a choice of backgrounds, although it smeared a little too easily. And with such a high price tag, the KD-AVX77 was always going to struggle in this company.
