Definitely the better of the chain store’s two offerings in this test, as it narrowly missed the podium.

We loved the high-grip rubber casing – ideal for greasy hands – and the one Luxeon LED beam gives a good compromise between distance and close-up illumination.

Pack includes the required three AAA batteries, plus a nylon belt pouch and wrist strap
