RECOMMENDED
Propane/paraffin heaters now cost nearly as much to run as electric ones, so the latter make more sense. Mains units don’t need ventilation or produce condensation, they’re usually smaller and often come with thermostats. The Draper wasn’t great in our draughty stand-alone garage, but in the warm one it worked well.
