BEST BUY: TomTom’s flagship model impressed us with quick rerouting, well integrated traffic info and accurate mapping. Live services such as Google Search and weather are only free for four weeks – they cost £7.99 a month after that –  but the unit mixes lane-assist for junctions and Bluetooth connectivity with a simple interface, so takes the win.
