At just under 20 inches long, this can take a huge amount of kit – although its size makes it more suitable for storage in a workshop than in a boot. There’s a useful selection of interior pockets – which are a little short for some tools – and plenty more of all sizes on the outside.

Stiffening ribs along the zip help keep the bag open. We’d like to see some protection for the base, though, and the shoulder strap is a little thin.
