Compact version of the AP501 (opposite) is our pick of the Sealey pair. It is perfect for keeping get-you-home kit in your car, as it takes up little more room than a tool roll. Again there is a selection of internal pouches – which could have been a bit deeper – plus a good choice of external pockets, although these are not ideal when carrying the bag in the boot. Tough material and fasteners are let down by a lack of protection for the base.
