Although this bears a close resemblance to the digital Sealey, there are detail differences – and not just in the price. The PCL’s finish is a touch better, but the display has smaller figures, especially those after decimal points, making readings harder to see. Matches its rival for accuracy, yet also includes instructions – albeit with nothing on current legal requirements.
