Unlike many rivals, this is a group of 13 independent regional chains where many outlets supply and fit your tyres, giving more incentive for good service. BBT worked out the best on price, due to a low Michelin figure, but the site could be easier to use. Despite a prompt for load and speed index, there was only the latter, and the basic tyre list was clumsy. However, on the day of publishing, the maker updated its website to take onboard these criticisms.
