Price: £50
German brand Sennheiser has launched the mid-priced EZX 60 Bluetooth hands-free earpiece.
The tiny 12g unit features a detachable ear hook, which we would recommend using – otherwise the headset feels as if it’s going to fall out. Pairing is simple: push in the multifunction button and then search for the Sennheiser on your mobile.
It connected easily with all our test phones and, when a call came in, there was a ringing tone in our ear. Tap the multifunction button once to answer; press it again to hang up.
There is nothing to tell you who is calling, but the volume is adjusted manually, and the device beeps when it’s turned up to its loudest.
While testing in a moving car, we could hear our caller really clearly, although he complained about wind noise when the window was down. Even so, at £50, the EZX 60 is a decent choice.
