Apart from the handle colour, this was the same as the Laser. But the Halfords costs ΂£9 more. It suffered from the same awkward set-up mechanism, comprising a lever with four indents to fit into one of two slots. This could come apart easily while fumbling in the engine and, again, the rubber insert meant plenty of slip.
