Only the lower price gives this PDA and Bluetooth kit the edge over its Socket rival. The TeleType is equally laborious to set up, but when this is all done it's a neat solution. It knew exactly where we were and entering our destination was easy with the touch-screen virtual keyboard. The software calculated the route on our personal digital assistant quickly, but the speed at which it works does depend on the specification of the PDA's hardware.
