But for the prohibitive price, the Mach would have fared far better in this test. What's more, it's hard to see why you would shell out for this washer when the manufacturer's own Tiger outperformed it for ΂£100 less.

The Mach cleaned well, was solidly constructed and had above-average storage. It also boasted an eight-metre hose and a chemical tank - but neither help to justify that outlay.
