The clamps on this SIP are better than those on its 03996 brother, being fully insulated and more heavily sprung.

And the leads have greater flexibility, too, despite a beefier cable that can handle up to 600 amps. The 03998 also did better than our Best Buy in the crank test, but not enough to justify the higher price.
