Hide the price tags and you would find it difficult to pick out the Phillips as the cheapest bike on test. And that's testament to the quality feel and impressive build of this machine. It is really easy to unfold - only the test-winning Dahon posted a faster time - and it comes with strong V-brakes and a very comfortable saddle. However, we would like more than one gear, while the steering was too slow to respond out on the road.
