Unusual is the best word for this hybrid. Plug into the mains and the fluorescent tubes emit more light than any other lamp. Cut the mains, but leave it switched on, and 36 LEDs take over. An adjustable handle at the rear doubles as a hook or stand. Our Recommended 12V.
