It would have been quicker to tackle our caked carpets with a dustpan and brush! After four minutes' cleaning, this Polco had only managed to comb the dirt into a pretty pattern. It has a brush and crevice tools, but these didn't stay in place, and the whole unit felt plasticky. Quiet in use, but probably because it wasn't doing much.
