As with the Gunson Gold, the CTEK 36 charged at a higher rate (it picked up the flat battery from 1.2V), before switching to maintenance mode. It has a bike setting for sub-14AH batteries, plus technology to stop accidental sparks. A high price is offset by its light weight, while the stylish case is waterproof. Ideal for both car and bike owners, this is a worthy Best Buy.
