Can a drill which weighs in at less than ΂£20 really be any good? The Clarke is certainlywell specified, as the tool is reversible, features an independent speed control built into the trigger and includes a handle and depth bar. There's a single-year domestic warranty thrown in, too. In use, the motor is surprisingly eager, and performance in the two demanding tests was nearly a match for our favourite products.
