AMERICAN brand Mothers claims its product not only shines and protects, but removes 'minor surface imperfections, scratches and blemishes', too. On the protect-and-shine front, it works as well as most rivals, although the best maintained a slightly cleaner finish with less pitting and streaking. But it is hard to look beyond that hefty price tag.
