Offering European mapping, a touch-screen, battery power and a full postcode search, TomTom's high-spec set-up is a joy to use, as addresses appeared in seconds and routes quickly after. A phone link gives weather and traffic info, while a speed camera database is downloadable. The Bluetooth hands-free kit pushes the price up a bit, but that aside, this remains a great all-round unit.
