If price is a key consideration, Wharfedale's offering provides exceptional value for money. The DVD performance was as good as the rest in terms of picture and Dolby filtered sound, and it played MP3 files without any problems. Limitations included no 12V adaptor or AV leads, only one headphone socket and a single phono socket supporting video out.
