With the new Atlantis range, Thule has successfully surpassed anything it's ever offered before. Dual-side opening means loading, unpacking and fitting the 780 is a doddle, which makes us wonder why the Swedish company has opted for such needlessly bulky quick-fit fixings. While they work brilliantly - turning a wheel locks the claws around your bars and the slider in place - the fact that they stand over 85mm higher than the box floor means they're simply too big.
