Verdict
Jabra's domination of previous tests nearly continued with the impressive BT500, but Plantronics' Discovery matched its performance and added sufficient extras to earn first place. So the latest Jabra, which still has much to recommend it, is now runner-up. The more conventional Plantronics is third, as it does everything right at a good price.
