A strong performer in previous tests, the Evo continued to impress, locating all the traps. It doesn't spot mobile sites, relying on a laser sensor which didn't seem to work on our route. Still, we liked the clear warnings, with the speed limit (repeated on the display), but the windscreen mount is flimsy and the pay-monthly subscription pricey.
