Energizer X-focus

Price: £6.99 Type: Bulb

The Energizer wasn’t the easiest torch to use in the engine bay. There was no cord for hanging and, with no flat edges, it had a habit of rolling away. Worse still, the metal-look plastic body offered minimal protection in the drop test,  and it rattled about afterwards. We found the power switch on the end of the unit awkward to use, too, while the beam was dull and offered a poor spread of light.
